Misconstrued Thoughts : Yesterday's Misconstrued Thoughts Today

Well music is always a hot topic for me. Recently my friend Stockholm came to me with his latest album. I gave it a spin and I was amazed. You can check out this album on his site Juice Mouse Zero. He has some excellent tunes. For your pleasure, here is one I particularly like.

Its called Laying Down

It very much reminds me of the Doves.

But in line with music... you may notice a new section Music, in which I plan to review albums I think are an excellent choice for everyones collection.

So have you ever wondered where the waters for the flood went?

Kevin our Eating Mascot Takes Care of Business

OK everybody... We are back it is fabulous fact Friday. And today’s fact centers on donuts. My friends and I have had a long debate on weather Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts are best. I lean toward Dunkin Donuts probably because they do not grace many streets here in the south, yet stale Krispy Kreme donuts are in every gas station from Mobile to Nashville to Atlanta to Charlotte.

Today’s fact: The first Krispy Kreme was sold 1937 in Winston Salem, NC.
1950 first Dunkin Donut created in Quincy, Massachusetts

Big Spring Jam this year is a flop! You will not find me in attendance. Not one day of good muisc.

"To sing without feeling is not to sing at all"

Have you ever heard a song, and to properly sing it you have to close your eyes, kinda stand in a stooped manner, and clinch a fist toward your chest? If so you know what I mean. That is true music. There are various groups which accomplish this for me, Radiohead, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Muse, Ours... just to name a few. The notes are so high the emotions so deep.... that it is true music.

Many a folk who have seen me dance... stop... wonder... then usually laugh. Dancing is one of those joyous occasions where you just get to have fun. When you get past that point of minding what people may think. Anyone who has seen my interpretive dance, darcie and I do ballet at a large gathering, seen us swing dance, has done "couple dancing to techno" or seen the leg cross ankle dance... Well all wonder... why? where? how?

Once again looking back to Darcie's party, well the rain was falling hard, and did this stop things. No it got them going. The highlight being a mad dance to the Squirrel Nut Zippers. The twirling, the spinning, the laughter.... ah good times.

But where does it come from. Well I think this video shows that its genetic. As my mom demonstrates some spins strait from the 60's. Go Mom. (Mean time my dad was off to the side teaching people how to hoola hoop). Yep that in itself is glimpse into the world we call Myers.

Well last weekend, on the voyage to Tennessee Psubverse Rhyscology had a great... well an ok... well they performed at Darcie's Party.

For those who are not swift enough (or maybe it is dyslexic enough) to notice that the band name is a mixture of letters from Reverse Psychology, it might be odd to see their premise. Every band needs a gimmick this is theirs, they want you to hate them, to show you love them. (Kinda like Primus, but on a equally large scale).

So if you ever get a chance to See em (they are filling shows you know)... boo them on.

However the early review were bad (or are they good?) the confusion of psubverse rhyscology.

But at least there was the support of family members.... oh wait, nevermind

Yet by this song a fan base was forming, oh wait thats just an electrical fan sitting on a table, never mind

Yes fans who listen to them, rave about the band.

The closing act "Darcie" must have been really bad, for the booing turned to chears.

So we'll try our hardest (or is it our worst) next time to make sure no one is happy, and that the music is realllllllllllly bad (or does that mean good)? We dont know because that is the confusion of Psubverse Rhyscology

Well this week marks the closest that earth will be to mars in the next whole buncha years. And this fact has had a profound effect on the people of a small community in North Alabama.

Everything seemed fine in this small community... that is until they arrived, from all around they arrived!

As you see in the picture above The Incredible Jason arrived from the planet Xeertex. And everything seemed fine until the FBI stepped in. TIJ stepped in to bring an end to this threat, turning a peaceful visit to danger...

The FBI was soon unknowingly eliminated

As word across the universe spread, fellow friends of TIJ arrived!

BatFlint arrived from Buttemustiv.

SuperJer (a cross of superman and Darth Maul) arrived from Jorzooo

along with his side kix SuperSoxx

And finally the Diva from the 8th Element Arrived

With forces assembled, they could now go protect there friend TIJ, and bring humanity to its respectful end!

TIJ discovered more problems though in his arrival on earth as some of the once easy task of life became unkown and complex, creating problems for him and all those around him!

Problems grew, as NASA stepped in trying to rid the earth of the evils of the universe, protecting their long unknown hidden heards of cattle.

The Diva was left with no option but to phone home for more help.

Help quickly arrived in its puniest form

But then the Dirty Quadrants arrived from Clanaxx

They soon took over NASA, but turned on those they had arrived to help! BatFlint fled in terror, NonDressedFlint, and Wimmpybear also became frightened.

Yet the Diva took much of the attack!

Yet SuperSoxx was the only casualty,
through Oscar..imean supersoxx greatest efforts he had rid the plant of evil

Aliens can rest assured that peace as once again reached the universe... Well until Episode V at least The Jermzo Strikes Back.

So in the next few days we'll get you back up to speed on the outings and goings ons during the great web crash of 2003. The trip to Tennessee proved very enjoyable with darcies party and the various trip to the mountains and such, along with the occasional game of croquett.

Oh and that to the left in the picture is Wimpy Bear.
Wimpy Bear was once spotted in the mountains of TN about a year ago and is known to lack the abilities to exist in the wild wonders of the area.
