So the life of a government employee...
So if you ever wondered what its like to work for the government, that sums it up. This is the reason I feel you have some who just kinda roll up and sit in a corner at the government level. They give up. Yet I'm against this thought, despite traveling here and there through the country to support something which doesn't always make it, if you try hard, often you can make it become a reality.
While at NASA, i've had a great track record, everything I've worked on has flown (and worked). Its kinda unheard of around here... but hey its my goal to keep it up.

I know how you feel. Every wastewater plant that I have helped design and manage the construction has gone on to receive lots of poo 24 hours a day. Very satisfying.
