Creative Writing Thursday

The hands of time hold us with care.

Oh if time was not a cost
If times that pass were never lost

If things which come to us each day
Would not slip through – fall away

If activity did not hold the grains of time
Then forever would remain to shine

But time is reality so we must admit
To the hands of acknowledgement always submit

But in the reality of all these grand schemes
Forever keeps happiness - knowing these things

For the hour may be late the words may be flowing
But it is to bed that we must now be going

But tomorrow will bring another day
Of what will be happy blissful eternity.

And while it may be that times have passed
Again again it will always last

To create recreate experience again
Its never thinking of what was then

For a greater joy is what comes now.
Even if to reality we must submissively bow.

Cause he couldn't get a date. Aha. Aha. Aha. . .ahem.

After reading your beautiful poem, I watched the princess diaries and cried myself to sleep.
