We'll Call It another Check Mark in The Book of Life...
So Orlando... not a town which intrigues me. So there I was it was 5PM on a Wednesday and I wandered.. what should I do this evening... I could stay in the room... read a book. Ha thats not really me when I'm away from the house... So after a little web search I found Improve.
Some Comedy sounded good. So I headed down town...
Upon arrival I found out it was a contest. $700 on the line. Hmm what to do? I've never done stand up, but figured hey.. why not?
Next thing I know I'm there scribbling down notes... for I was on in an hour. Thoughts of NASA, East Tennessee, Basketball, and Canada began to flow. Soon I was on stage, and the audience of over 100 gave me some decent laughs.
I just can't believe I did it. Not just anywhere but on the stage where the likes of Pauli Shore, Seinfeld and others have stood. Been there done that now... Half the comics couldn't believe I'd never done it before.. and all were amazed I wrote it all upon arrival.
Sorry yall couldnt make it... I had another comic tape it... (ha like I am one) ... hope to get it on here sometime.

I think that's so awesome that you had the guts to do that. I hear a lot of people say that they would like to do a comedy routine, but of course have never done it.
