Its a question of service?

OK, today I speak about something we all have to deal with. What exactly is that? Cell phone companies. The fact is we all feel they are out to get us, with there nickle and dimes to millions of dollars methods. Then we all feel our service could be better. But what is the best? Which should you choose?
Well I used to have sprint, but their limited service led me to Verizon.
The key to handling any cell company is knowing the loop holes and talking to managers. Now that I have learned Verizon from the inside out, it honestly is hard to leave.
I've had 9 replacement Motorola phones in the last year (total value over $4000), and I give Verizon credit for one thing, they keep replacing them, over and over. Last month I went over on my minutes, so I went in explained how I wanted to prevent the excessive cost, they tried, and when they couldn't figure it out (after 2 more visits) they gave me a $100 credit.
Then my charger broke, and the phone holster broke, they replaced them no questions asked. So in the end my thoughts?
Verizon, not a bad place to be if you are on top of things and can speak convincingly that you need help (and if you can explain to the people who work there how to fix things, they dont understand). (Plus there coverage is tops... with the exception of maybe in California).
What is the source of my true problems? Motorola? Possibly. But hey there phones are so hackable.

yeah i would totally agree with the whole verzion nickle and dime thing, they used to get me for text messages like crazy, and I'm convinced that new cell phones are made to break within days of breaking the seal on the box, ive been through more phones than i can think of, it may have something todo me throwing them but hey thats another post. anywho heres a couple of cell phone links for those nerds out there who want to hack their cells.

I have had 4 motorola cell phones within 4 months, problems ranging from microphone does not work to speaker going bad to the flip phone does not realize that it is closed and never hangs up phone calls when you close it (this is bad when you have it on vibrate cause it assumes that you are looking at the phone if it is open)
There is a bad Quality Control issue at Motorola! they have some serious problems, but I am stuck with them if I want bluetooth and a small phone with T-Mobile (that is if I dont want to spend >$400 on a phone)
Being able to put my own Java games on the phone as well as change what the text of anything in my phone says is kinda cool (plus I could write my own java application that would run on the phone)
If only it had GPS :( and lots more LEDs oh and a lazer, and a scaner, and a mp3 player, and wi-fi and ...
