Can you pack in more?

Well before I left New Mexico, I had a few moments, to myself. So what did I do? Well I tried to see everything possible I had never seen. So what all can you fit into a 19 hour day? Yes I said 19 hours, 700 miles of road covered. Well you can see quiet a few parks.
For instance:
New Mexico is the home of the Very Large Array Radio Telescope. It has made more scientific discoveries than any other telescope in history. But honestly, its not all that impressive to see... but hey I have been there. While here I also heard of the Lightening field for the firts time.
I also saw Gila Clif Dwellings National Monument, ancient cliff dwelings, which is feet from the birthplace of Geronimo.
I also visited the three River Petroglyph site, its amazing they done know why people drew thousands of shapes on these rocks. Aliens? ha...
I headed up the road and went to Canyon De Chelley National Monument. Its interesting, there is a kingdom hall right outside the park and has writing in both english and navajo (this park is on the navajo reservation). By the way this is an amazing park, it is like a mini grand canyon, next time I visit I hope to be awake... I also visited the Navajo capitol, where I saw a WWII veteran, that in itself is signicant since it was Navajo indians which were used as Code Writers for WWII in the pacific, because the Japanees decoded every other code, but not the navajo language.
Over I went to Hubble Tradeing Post National Historic Monument. Little did I know that the common silver you see in Navajo jewelry was started with the help of Hubble, who became friends to the indians after they were treated horrible by the US Government.
I then headed up and visited Hovenwep National Monument in the middle of the Utah Desert. (Man 3 times in Utah in one year). It is home of the remains of an ancient castle like building built by native americans.
Over to Colorado I visited Mesa Verde NP. (Yep one more NP visited). This to is an amazing park, to think of the people who lived in these buildings 100's of years ago.
Finally I headed down to Aztec Ruin National Monument. (Its not really Aztec, just confused early setelers). And then to Chaco Culture NHP. This is an amazing place, where a 6 story huge temple was built nearly 700 years ago. I didnt even know Native americans built road systems but 400 miles of roads have been found in the New mexico desert, and all lead to this place.
There is so much to see and learn in this world it will take an eternity to take it in. (It'll be nice not to fit it into one day... one day).
