This week at NASA?

So on that last post someone asked? Why are you up so late. I'm sorry but in reality its so early. I am in New Mexico now, I'll be here till the DSTB flies... I'll be on the recovery crew. What does that mean? Once the balloon flies, it reaches 120,000 feet. After a few hours it returns to earth.
Someone has to go find it then, be it in a canyon, a cow pasture, a mountain stream. I and 3 others will head out to acomplish this once the vehicle flies.
But the hours are crazy here, you have to be at work at 2AM, and they last until well into the afternoon. Its 7AM now, and well I'm exhausted, the 3 cups of coffee has hardly done anything. But its an interesting experience. Tailess scorpions abound, and also I've already caught and been bit by a horny toad.
Ah the great west. 150 years ago Billy the Kidd was shot a couple of miles from here. Today, well NASA does science to get us to Mars one day.
Also you can see the other entry for links to live video feeds etc.

If you click on the live video feed it will open windows media player you'll see the camera flying on the DSTB, at this point you can just see small land masses. I'm headed out soon for recovery... who knows what that means... should be interesting!

Yes the Watchtower was awesome today and the last two weeks. About six months ago my roommate passed away and then about 3 weeks ago my grandma died as well (she wasn't a witness). It is so encouraging to think of seeing my friend again and read that those who hadn't had a chance to know Jah will be resurrected!!! :)

Hey! I did something like that for my final project in college! Do you get to keep any of the pics it takes?
