Hey that's cool Mody's touring. And even cooler that those venues are so small. Whats up with that? I guess he's just bigger in Europe.

We saw moby in K'ville a few years back , and in my opion it was the best concert I've ever been to. Very lively to say the least. Just my .02

A Moby show cant be any better than his DVD. If it is... I mean, that's like a semzidat right there.

ya know what... on the moby play dvd... you know his self interview... in reality thats all just a complete copy of David Byrne interviewing himself ... it was done in the early 80's. I mean this doesnt take away from what Moby did, becuase he actually reproduces it very well and obviously wanted people to know he was copying David Byrne... it was quiet funny.

Has anyone seen the new Star Wars trailer? Oh snap! That movie looks really tizzight! But then again so did Episode I and II in the trailers. But for real, check it out. It's on the starwars website.

Oh, and we should get together and watch the original trilogy and I and II some time. Man, I'm really starting to sound like a geek. But I love me some Star Wars!

star wars?
hahahahahahahahahaaaaaa
ps, George Lucas is a tool
Posted by: 6 | March 17, 2005 04:45 PM
Right... A tool... I assume you mean that as in describing someone who is being manipulated without their knowledge - implying they are naïve and ignorant. I'll hahahahahahahahahaaaaaa  back at you and ask, who in the world do you think is manipulating George freakin Lucas? Come on. Give me some names.

Jar Jar Binks...
And the Teletubbies
AT least now i think...
Posted by: itzjerm | March 17, 2005 10:10 PM
Yeah, Jon makes a good point. You may not like his work, but he definately does his own thing. I mean honestly, no one manipulated him into using Jar Jar. That was all him. If he was a tool Jar Jar would have never seen the light of day. He writes his own crap. Instead of tool I think you might want to use the word talentless. I think you could make an arguement for that one. Possibly.

I will argue that there is no "George Lucas", only a thirst for money and power... driven by a general need to suck the life out of everything he touches... soooooo in essence he IS a "tool"
...that was a stretch i know. :)
