What will Your Snow Man look like?

apple (Small).jpg

Well with all this cold weather, its starting to really feel like winter is here. People seeing snow in the forecast, pipes freezing, toes freezing, and tongues being stuck against bare metal objects… yes winter is here.

But of course the true joy of winter is snow. But alas, since I have lived in Alabama I am yet to see a snow. This has really stifled my creative flare. What am I to do? Well I pulled out some of my old pictures of past creations to inspire myself… and maybe you. So where ever you may be, prepare for snow, it shall come this year. And when it does, have your plan for what you will create…

An apple,

a lighthouse,

a rocket ship…

or a couch.

What will you make this year… brainstorm now for the best creation when you get the chance…

Forts are always fun!! Although down there, I'm sure you don't get anywhere near enough snow for that :D

tb

I never thought I would say this, but I wish we had snow here, it looks more like spring, 8 C and sunny. I wanna snowboard(and of course make snowmen)

ahh yes snowboarding ( a sudden calm comes over me ) lol

My snowman will be a friendly joe who had too much coffee to drink.

so does that mean he'll be a puddle of water?

Peeps at work like the snow things too.

you work with marshmellow chicks?
YUm!

I think that we need to have a snowball fight somewhere... I am really getting tired of going out of the country/state to go skiing or have a snowball fight

anybody doing any fun skiing trips on the east coast?

i can give you two west cost options... hmmm

It's funny...It's not even Jan 1st, and already I'm sick of the snow. Different strokes for different folks, I guess. I will admit tho, here in Ohio, this is perfect snowman weather-the snow is falling in giant flakes and it looks so pretty. Granted, it's shut down most of the city, but it looks good! If I were about 10 years younger, I would probably build a snow fort too!

ooooh, was that an implication that my fort idea was immature ??
:P

ha... i'm way past 10 ... and even when i'm 50 i'll be making snow forts!

Before, I'd only seen snow like once in my life when I was 3, but I absolutely love it and everything about cold weather (especially mittens...mittens rock)! Which is why the historical snowfall that we got here in South Texas was so awesome.

Check it out we made Yahoo! News!

Well, maybe getting my car stuck in snow/sleet/ice drifts have jaded me...but I did get to go snowtubing this weekend, and my love for some winter things have returned!

BTW, check out my blog-now with actual content!

I can understand. Winter can get a person down. Especially when you get out of work at 3:00 in the morning and have to drive 20 miles home when the snow plows haven't come out yet and its a blizzard outside. ( Can ya tell I speak from experience?) ;) That can be really annoying!!!

However I still say snow forts are awesome no matter what your age!! :D

Hey,
If Ben williams reads this again, I went to your blog, just curious what were you doing in Muskegon, MI?
