Nathan Gill Friday
Few people can bottle up as much enthusiasim and emotion as Nathan Gill. Be it a positive or negative flow... you will get it full force, for this is Nathan. You may remember Josh Gill Friday a while back. And while in reality I've not known Josh long, I have known Nathan quiet a while. It takes me back to the dark years of college, when as Nathan often says, I had no life. But Nat was always a good friend, and inventor of some everlasting phrases...
"That is Rule"
Expressed in those terms, that is the quote of all quotes... and I even to this day find myself using it as well. But now for a few stories.
If you know nathan you know he loves cold weather, and know he loves to ski. It was about 4 years ago, we headed up to Snowshoe, WV where we enjoyed nearly 2 feet of fresh powder in late spring. In a true Nathan moment, based on one of my comments, he began to spue coke all over the windshield in involentary laughing *see pic* But despite problems in a sticky car from that point forward, we still enjoyed a good week sking some of the best slopes in West VA (A two mile steep downhill behind him here...
Then there was the ill fated trip in the middle of the winter, where we nearly froze to death. (Yes it was the trip where I burnt the bottom out of my socks trying to get my feet warm, and couldnt even feel i had burnt my socks through. Anyways at Jerry's Cabin we survived, and declared not to do this again.
But it has been long enough and we have declared to conquor the mountain once again this winter. And it shall be done!
Anyways, Nathan the Gill (also an active promoter of Failed Day which btw we will reveal the entire history next week).
Leave your stories... and If you know him, I know you have them...
