Misconstrued Thoughts : Yesterday's Misconstrued Thoughts Today

So been working on my talk for tomorrow in which I explore how messed up the world is physically. So it no doubt sounds disturbing, but if you want encouraged, come visit the West Cong Tomorrow Afternoon and learn why "The Earth Will Remain Forever"

The world population continues to grow (see on this site the real time number of people on eartH) Most of this growth in the next 50 years will be in third world countries leading to more problems for man.

Man has already brought over 500 species to extinction, and presently 12,000 are now endangered. (See the official list and data here). 24% of mammals are threatened, 11% of birds; and in the last 3 years there has been a 17% increase in the number of threatened plants on earth.

But most problems on earth are simply unknown, for instance although there are 80,000 chemicals used in the US often, only 1500 have been tested for carcinogens. Another example: Chernobyl is still in debate on how it has effected mankind.
