Released... Enjoyed.
The official release brought a great festivity Saturday night as people rushed to get their copy. Actually, people fought in great excitement to obtain their own copy. JMZ who was at the release described it as "Crazy".
A later release festivity on Sunday did not bring the excitement in droves. And their was a decrease in the overall fear produced in the room. The music has been found to drive the multitudes to playing dodgeball, as well as to towl snapping contest which leaves wounds/gashes/etc.
Lull (aka DA Delia) was also present for a life perfomance with ADGI. The crowd was amazed by the grace with which the music was presented. The opening act of Bouybee Uybee was not welcome with as much appreciation which could be the reason for the lack of his presenece on the misconstrued album.
To all those who have not yet been able to enjoy this album of the misconstrued viewers (played by them, made by them, for them)....rush out and get your copy.

I know there is video floating around somewhere of all the festivities...we want blood and dodgeballs and soaked pants action!
The crowd cries for more!!!
And don't forget the round of "Lets make non-alcoholic shots out of anything we can find in the refridgerator", which resulted in me shooting milk, pickle juice, and grape soda.

That's nothin, DA. Once I got Jon Bouldin to do a shot of flour. You think pickle juice is harsh, try a substance that turns to glue in your throat. Good times.

Lets not forget the vanilla extract + jalepino juice shot. That was another one of the rougher ones. I'm a little surprised I didn't end up with an ulcer or something. Pleasantly surprised, mind.

The shot of the night though, was Em and the butter and coke shot. She definitely rocks. And yes, there is footage, and there is blood and soaked pants. And blood soaked pants. A good time was had by all. Except for Alex, who said, and I quote, "Thanks to you I'll be crapping blood for a week." No exclamation mark, because believe me, he didn't sound thrilled. What happened to make him crap blood for weeks? I'll leave that to someone else to tell.

Yes. good times with those towel fights, we got some good footage. The funniest part of the video is everyone who was watching the towel fight, hide in the corner.

Whuzzzzzzzzzzzzzzup!!! I had the BEST, no, the BESTEST, time at Jeremy's Sunday night. D.A.- maaan...you are tha bomb-biggity. Loved the singing, loved the guitar playing, loved the towel fighting, loved the hair, and especially loved that oh-so-cool yellow and white shirt!!!! I thoroughly enjoyed being in your presence. You're cool, as my knowledge of you progresses, I may put you on the same COOL-O-METER as Jeremy (Myers that is because, humpf, who's cooler than Jeremy? What? I can't here you. Exactly.) Hi, Jeeeeeremy, hope you are having fun in Florida. Hi Judi and Lea! Hope you had a safe flight chicas, you two are so sweet and hilarious, it was a pleasure to hang with you! Oh, and shout out to "Tha Hotness", yeah...you know who you are...hahaha, holla back! Okay, I have shouted out my favs, hehehe, I still love you all. Oh, oh, oh, and what's up to Captain Jon! I didnt get to talk with you really but nice to meet you. Bye friends! Adyre-

Replies:
John 1: That flour shot intrigues me...I may have to investigate.
John 2: Vanilla and Jalepeno also piques my interest. We may have to start a recipe book. Think about THAT one.
Javann: Emily does rock! I wish she weren't married though. And don't you even THINK about shedding a tear for Alex. He knew what he was getting into. He has seen the splattered fruit and the cracked corner moulding.
Judi: I'm happy that there is proof of the carnage! Glad we got to meet you guys, and hopefully the trip home went smashingly. If I do end up wandering the earth like Kane from Kung Fu this summer, I may make a cross country haul to Seattle, so be prepared...my towel and the MGM are restless.
Sheena: Thanks for being the first to give us a shout out at the assembly. You did miss a vicious towel lashing, but I believe that you were one of the few to experience my getting way too into character with Booga Boo...so much so that after we got done with that game I discovered that I had several self-inflicted cuts on my hands that I didn't notice I gave myself while we were playing. Yikes!
Adyre: It was good to put a face with the name and you are being too kind about the singing and guitar playing. Not only am I very rusty, but I didn't have my weapon of choice to play on. I'm glad you liked it though. One thing, however...I will never be as cool as Jeremy. He is a good man, and as Flannery O'Conner says, A good man is hard to find.
Adios guys! Had an awesome time with everyone!

DA, look above my post. Do you see an H in either of our names? I think not. There's a big differance. You may not think it, but once you hear some toilet jokes you realize it.

i agree with everyone...sunday was a blast. Too bad for anyone who missed the towel fight, it was definatly entertaining. Hi back to sheena and adyre, glad we got to meet you guys, come visit :) And DA, definatly come up to Vancouver if you're in Seattle, it's worth the 2 hour drive. And for everyone's info....or anyone who cares, yeah we're still at Jerms house. Looks like our flight got delayed untill tomorrow. Anyways, it's been fun. cya :)

D.A. I didnt say you would ever be AS COOL AS Jeremy, that's like so impossible for anyone to do, even you with your OH-SO-COOL yellow and white shirt. BUT, you can still be on the COOL-O-METER...hehehehe...

I'm sorry I missed it. I was at a different shindig that wasn't four and half hours away. Unfortunately no strange shots, or towel fights, just good ol' fashioned guns and out of control fires. Oh well, maybe next time. I guess I'll just have to watch the movie, or wait for the book to come out.

I can't believe I missed this towel fight! oh well that's what I get for being tired and going home early. But I did suffer enough with getting socked in the face with a ball (oh and sorry to anyone that I freaked out because they didn't realize it was ketchup and not blood). I did have a wonderful time at your house Jeremy and going to the grocery store. Booga Booga Boo was frighting and fun at the same time. D.A. I appreciate the depth at which you got into the game. Very believable. Judi and Lea it was wonderful to have met you; I hope to come and visit one day. Keep in touch. Everyone I met this weekend should keep it touch.

Hi Emily! Oops, I mean mom hahaha. You're the coolest Emily, had a blast being your daughter for the night. I didnt know you were married! Cool beans! Wait, are you REALLY or was D.A. just trying to beat Javann to the punch? Hmmm.....
Posted by: adyre | July 8, 2004 02:06 PM
No, D.A. was not trying to beat Javann to the punch. Up until last Sunday, Alex and I thought that Emily WAS married. We just assumed it when we met her at the Muse show with her brother. It's odd, because I usually ask who's related to whom when I meet them, and I did ask that night too, but it wasn't in reference to her.
So again, you see what assumptions get you???

Hi ya' honey, remember momma luvs you !!! Wow, I went from young and single to married with a kid in one weekend !!! I guess crazy things do happen at the Myers house.
Posted by: Emily | July 8, 2004 09:56 PM
D.A. I soooo didnt assume. I simply wanted an always comical response from you, which I got. Ahahahaha. Yeah Emily's my mom now, I don't know how I am gonna break it to the one who is pining away for me in Arizona...
