Tremaine Friday

DSCN0002 (Small).JPG

Well when someone makes a big step... its like hey Why not a Friday, Tremaine is getting married! OK, not really. He does have his first public talk this Sunday. (As does Tommy so don’t miss those events).

Also of note, Tremaine finally completed his academic career this year. After years of pain through the Mechanical Engineering Program... he now is a free man. Now he has to see if he actually learned anything.... and next week he makes the big step of movin out.

So tremaine stories. Ha, is there any end to them? Whether he's setting himself on fire (which he is not good at); leaving others phone numbers on receipts so they can be contacted by waitresses; spouting off peoples numbers over loud speakers at restaurants; jumping off a cliff; or whatever...

If you come up with an idea, and most people wouldn't do it... Tremaine will...

This is the essence of Tremaine.

For instance, when we were in Hawaii, we found this hole in the cliff we were on, that went into the ocean. Well of course. There was only one thing to do... try jumping in the hole, and then escape without getting smacked against the cliff rock walls, (when the waves are going up and down 20 feet, this creates a challenge). (It was cool though because people said they were going to just follow us around on our trip and tape us, because we proved entertaining).

Watch Tremaine jump from such cliffs in Hawaii...

Speaking of Challenges... don’t challenge Tremaine, he folds under the pressure. And actually he could end up doing anything (like eating enough Jalapeno Peppers to Sterilize a Grown man... hmmm?

Anyway watch Tremaine fold under pressure in this 5 minute video.

Well add your tremain stories... I know you have them!

I met Tremaine five or six years ago when Jacque and Leah (then Weber) brought him to my house. But to tell you the truth, I don't really have any Tremaine stories. I mean there is the fact that his dad always calls me Amber, and I did ride in a limo with him, but..... Man, Tremaine we need to start hanging out with each so I can have some stories.

Well I don't have any crazy Tremaine stories, I just know him as a pretty funny guy. And if anyone wants to see him cry like a girl...I mean play like a pro at towel fighting, they can watch the video we sent down there.
Congrats on your first talk Tremaine!

Just wanted to pop in and say I don't knwo the man but congrats on the wedding and congrats on the first public talk.

Oh yeah and I forgot to add, I too know how it is to be persecuted when i want to order jalapenos on my pizza. :(

Oh man, just looking at them jalapenos stuck with red peppers makes my tongue weep. that is overkill yowza. I love spicy food but now way...

yup, i too haven't witnessed any crazy tremaine stories. If we're ever there again you'll have to start something, so that we can be there for it. Well, hope the talks going well. congrats.

I know Tremaine. He and I are archnemesis. I'm the good guy, of course. And he is the evil villain who doesn't know when to stop. It all really started one morning out in service. I was driving poorly, as I tend to do. He complained and complained and complained so finally I just said, look get out. And I pulled over. He said he wouldn't get out until I took him to his car. I countered that I wasn't safe enough to get him back to his car. That exchange was the start of the ongoing argument that is Javann/Tremaine. We've argued over things like bidets, who'll get married first, whether or not we'll have houses in the new system and so on and so on. However, over the years, Tremaine's become like a brother. One I hate and wouldn't claim, or stand next to in the family portrait, but a brother no less. Sure I ran over his foot with my car, and sure he gave my number to some waitress who then called me later that night. And lets not forget the time I made Tremaine bleed using a wet towel, or all the times he pretended to be me on this site and a few others. That's cause he's my brother. And that's what brothers do. Brothers that absolutely hate each other, mind you. Oh yeah, and Tremaine, my Friday was better than yours. In your face! And your talk was horrible. Well. . .not really. The talk part that is. My Friday was better.

Tremaine did an excellent job on his talk yesterday!!
I think we met on that rafting trip we took a while back, on that trip I realized something about him, He is NOT a very good Jenga Player....I can still beat you any day!!!!!!!!
You know I have heard and seen video of many many Tremaine stories, although I have never been present for any of them, except the towel fight one.
My story goes like this...One time we were at a football game and Tremaine purposely made me sit next to this obnoxious drunk guy, for the entire game....Thanks again buddy.

Tremaine is a pretty good guy. But I don't really have any good stories about him, other than the fact that I witnesses the incident where he caught his arm on fire; it was pretty funny until we realized he really got burned:( .... that wasn't a pretty site....And, oh yeah, he really did an excellent job on his talk Sunday... I'm really proud of him;)

as i am no good at "i met" stories, due to my lack of long term memory, I'll gladly share some Tremaine stuff i do remember.
1. He's got a really big amiable smile
2. He's a good friend of Jeremy's
3. He can cut up in any circumstances
4. He will travel a long way to have a good time
5. He looks funny in a long leather coat
..hey this memory thing is kicking in ..
whereas time is running out.
Im sure the talk was fabulouso..and everybody this way says hello.

Oh no! My Friday is almost gone. Soon to be effaced off the MisconstruedThoughts home page into the oblivious archives. I'll take this chance to be serious. Cherish it, for it is one of the very few times I am serious.

But I just wanted to thank all my friends. Having come out of the world I can attest to the fact that there is no better place to make and have friends than in Jehovah's organization. I appreciate the friendship that has been shown to me though I am not always a friend to others. I am grateful for the support that you have all given to me. And I can honestly say that every single one of you inspires me in some way. Thanks for that encouragement. So, to sum it all up, I thank you all.
