Kyle its Friday...
This week I heard good news, Kyle was headed up to NewYork for an assignment at Bethel... Since he'll be headed out soon I figured well Definitly it is time... time for Kyle Friday
Kyles one of those guys you meet and just say... "Hey he's a super nice guy" And then you say... "Wow he can play drums good" Well unless you've never seen him play drums. Then you might just say "He's pretty quiet"... But then you get to know him and you say "Hey Kyle, he's cool he'll laugh n smile alot when you have a crazy idea and he's up for it". But then you'll also realize more about Kyle and say... "You know Kyle is a spirtually minded guy with his head on strait". Then you'll get in a car in California with him and he'll say "Hey lets see how many cars we can pass in 1 minute, bet you cant pass 50" Then you'll say "What?" Then he'll say "Awesome"
Thats Kyle, add your stories about Kyle or your own "And then you will say"
Comments
Kyle, this day is definitely overdue. Kyle is without a doubt one of THE coolest brothers I've ever met. Very stylish, and extremely laid back, everything good that happens to him is probably deserved, anything bad, well its because of all the other people around him. He's got skills, I'm pretty sure he pays the bills, but maybe not with said skills. I first met him back when I was in high school, and his father came to our Hall to give the talk. My dad and me took his family out to lunch, and I've not laughed that much since. His dad is hilarious, and what is more, Kyle has an excellent sense of humor. Kyle, you rock out the drums, but most importantly, this drum rolls for you.

And when he's wearing a suit he looks like a 50's ganster, which is rule in itself.

And after these comments he will say.. "Oh Im not that great..." but I assure you he is. He is the nicest guy you will ever meet and the best friend you can have. Not only can he play the drums though.. he can play the guitar and sing.. but he will never sing for you.. so dont ask.. :P He comes from a great family and is very spritually minded... and whenever you are in a bind he will be there to help.. Congrats on Bethel.. It will be the experience of a lifetime :)

mmm mmmmmm mmmmmmmmm. kyle and i, we go back a few. kyle was my first friend as a young child. he and i were in the same hall there in scottsboro alabama. and i'm sure there are tons of stories about our mischeif and experiences, but the one i'm told most frequently is prolly the most funny to me.
kyle and i were about 3 years old and we liked to play together. and i was over at his house one day, and i just really felt love for kyle that day. so i ran up to him and hugged him real big and then bit him right on the cheek! so his dad, billy, took me outside and told me to not do that, and if i did it again he'd have to spank me...so we went back in, and as soon as i saw kyle i ran up to him and gave him a big hug! for forgivness?? no...only to bite him again! right on the cheek! so billy, sticking to his word which i appreciate much now sir, took me out and spanked me.
now, once, a person blamed kyles quiet demeanor on ME for doing THIS! but then they quickly shut their mouth cuase i gave em a hug and . . .

Way to go Kyle. I don't know you, but any time a brother gets accepted to Bethel I've got to give it to him.
Why don't I have a Friday Jerm?

Oh yeah!! Tommy!! To finish your story! Im quiet because of being abused by my friends... ... I mean... being BITTEN!! even after my dad threatens you!? COMMON!! But yeah... I got you back... because that last time you gave me a hug... My teeth must have been feeling pretty sharp..... I think that stopped your using me as a teething toy!
Posted by: Kyle | February 20, 2004 11:04 PM
Oh and Elise.... I love you too
Posted by: Kyle | February 20, 2004 11:28 PM
Hey hey now.
Those are the most words I've ever "heard" from Kyle (and they're typed)! And they just had to include the loving-my-sister thing.
I'll be watching you bud.

Because Seth, you are a poser to an extreme degree. Your poser qualities are equilateral and equidistant from them selves, and you have four of them, making you a hardcore square.
Posted by: itzjerm | February 22, 2004 09:16 AM
That was kinda harsh Jerm. And after all this time defending you.....
Posted by: keats | February 22, 2004 10:40 PM
Hey... I didnt write that...
Posted by: itzjerm | February 23, 2004 07:52 AM
Whoever DID write that, however, was awesome.

Somehow I knew you didn't, but I had to cover my bases. The words and flow didn't sound like you - not to mention the fact I've never heard a single negative thing come from your mouth.
On the other hand..... Jonathan has the tone, flow and negtive cadence associated with the unnerving psychobabble with which we all have been so trepidaciously wondering about. Yes, Jonathan.... I know who you are, and I know where you live. Nice work on the latest strip by the way - loved the irreverent nod toward the poser bands.
Posted by: keats | February 23, 2004 03:26 PM
and the interesting thing is the only band i'm associated with subverse rhyscology... is a poser band
man where are my millions?
Posted by: itzjerm | February 23, 2004 03:36 PM
Of course the Sub Rhy reference wasn't meant to be anything negative toward the real band. I just needed to use a nice, original, child friendly and non-legally threatening band name.

Captian Jonathan, if you ever say anything bad about my baby brother again I will turn you into Captian Dead because I am the only one who can say that he is a hard core square!
This is pretty sad that loser can't even stand up for himself. This is the last time I ever do anything for that loser.
