Stranger Things have happened
Live music is one of those pleasures of life... and one which amazes me... to find people who can come together with unison in vision and talent... amazing!
About a year ago Rasputina toured 4 major cities... Miami, New York, Chicago, and Huntsville.... Huntsville? Yes I have no idea why either. But I was given the opportunity to catch them again....
Imagine hard alternative cello music, with a dance beat. People who think the year is 1903. That is Rasputina. There is nothing quiet like, hearing Pink Floyd done in this style either.

The group which opened for them, Metroscene (a local Atlanta band)... was quiet impressive. With a British style and pop sense.

What is even more amazing is Rasputina will now team up with Belle and Sebastian to tour the North East, take note all those up there! It will be amazing!

And lets not forget Javann!! I wanted to go last time, and he's all like, "I didn't think that's stuff you'd like." I go to the symphony by myself!! What makes you think I wouldn't like people rocking out on cellos?!?! Just kidding. Seriously, though, I want to go next time too.
