Well with not much more to talk about today...
we'll give you an elbow update...

Today's local elbow forcast... a decrease in swelling
with mostly blue and black coming in late

This concludes todays elbow forcast...
but while you're here... listen to some elbow! its great EMO to rest the soul...

Eep! It still looks painful.
BTW, you should be getting a call from Topcue today. I tried to tell him my Mom could get on the Arsenal, but he likes to complain so naturally he ignored me.
