I mean this doesnt take away from what Moby did, becuase he actually reproduces it very well and obviously wanted people to know he was copying David Byrne... it was quiet funny.

That was all him. If he was a tool Jar Jar would have never seen the light of day. He writes his own crap. Instead of tool I think you might want to use the word talentless. I think you could make an arguement for that one. Possibly.
